There was a bit of confusion on my end about when my product would get to me but the owner of the company took time to message me back and even ended up giving me a second one for free because of a mistake on my part! This is truly a brand that cares about her customers and she deserves recognition. The hats are warm and look just as good in real life as they do in the pictures!
